UGO UNTORO

Ugo Untoro (Central Java, Indonesia) is a Yogyakarta-based artist and graduate of the Indonesian Art Institute. His works over the past decade have comprised an array of paintings, drawings, and writings, each paying tribute to the subtle synchronicity of nature. Unotoro is recognized among an emerging tribe of artists elevating the depth of art in Indonesia. His works have drawn increasing attention to the country's art scene and himself, having been featured in such galleries as Soka Art Center, Beijing; Art:1, Indonesia, Jakarta; Gajah Gallery, Indonesia.
