Desktop lisbeth ballart

Lisbeth Ballart indulges her fascination with the grotesque through small-scale sculptures. The Cuban artist sets her work in natural and social environments, detaching herself from the narrative as she sorts through moral and social concerns. Metaphorically, her portfolio speaks to inertia, highlighting the futility of the observer in making sense of an infinite world. Ballart is currently attending the Higher Institute of Art. Her original artwork has been featured in the Collectionair exhibition Cuban Artists Today.
