MALALA ANDRIALAVIDRAZANA

Malala Andrialavidrazana (Madagascar, 1971) is a Paris-based multimedia artist whose work is a reflection on the boundaries between nature and culture. A born traveller, Andrialavidrazana's worldly upbringing shines clearly through her often cartographical paintings. Her recent pictures peek fearlessly beyond the frame, kept at bay for the time being. Andrialavidrazana's art has been exhibited at such galleries and institutions as Fondation Donwahi, Ivory Coast (2016); New Church Museum, South Africa (2014); SAVVY, Germany (2013).
