Mathieu Merlet Briand is a Paris-based artist who studied Product Design at the EnsAD. His passion for unearthing hidden concepts in technology comes from a life of repression, having grown up in a family of farmers. Now unleashed, Briand's sculptures and installations are rich with subjects pertaining to representations of internet materiality. He meticulously crafts physical objects from digital information, bringing the internet into the real world. His original artwork has been shown at numerous galleries, including solo and group shows here at Collectionair.
