Charles Boussion is a multimedia artist who works mostly at night. His intertwining, ornamental pictures often hide historical portraits of Tsars and Tsarinas, Christian idols, and Eastern deities within their textured layers. Being separated from his parents at the age of five, isolation and confusion are prevalent in Boussion's original artwork, and one would think his allusions to historical guides are an attempt to fill in a void. His collections can be seen in such galleries as André Scobeltzine, Max. E. Hamman, La Pop Galerie, Musée de la Création Franche, LAM Villeneuve d’Asq.
