Amin Montazeri (Tehran, 1992) paints chaotic depictions of hell reminiscent of the Great Hieronymus Bosch. The artist takes a fabled approach to history, painting his way through legends, myths, and impossible tales. Brimming with familiar nightmares, Montazeri's works bring man's evident forgetfulness into focus. With features at international galleries and auctions sure to come, the artist is currently building his name in the Iranian art sphere.
Montazeri has an MFA in Painting from the University of Art of Tehran, Iran.
